We act as a facilitator and do not own or guarantee any listed properties unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Verify all property details, documents, approvals, and legal status independently
  • Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

4. Fees and Payments

  • Brokerage, consultancy fees, or service charges shall be mutually agreed upon in advance, either orally or in writing
  • All applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, shall be borne by the client
  • Fees once earned are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. No Guarantee or Warranty

While we strive to provide accurate information:

  • Property prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of property information provided by third parties
  • Any decision made based on information provided by us is at the client’s own risk

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SKY PROPERTIES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • We are not responsible for disputes between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, or third parties
  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid to us for the relevant service

7. Confidentiality

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of client information, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for completion of a transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with SKY PROPERTIES are the intellectual property of the proprietor and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or discontinue services at our discretion
  • Terminate engagement if a client breaches these Terms or engages in unlawful or unethical conduct

Clients may discontinue services at any time, subject to payment of fees for services already rendered.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Amendments

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
